Anyone out there tried SKINS for exercise compression?

Postby runnermom » Sun Feb 27, 2011 10:38 pm

Hey all,

I'm a right leg, genital, and abdominal lympher (established Dec. 2009, diagnosed Sept. 2010, cellulitis 6 times in 12 months . . . ugh).

I exercise a lot (mostly running). For compression, I've been double-socking with a Jobst thigh-high (20-30mg each). Then I put a basic body-slimming short on too. Not only is it pretty time consuming to suit up (and disrobe) like this, but it makes for a lot of things that have to be hand washed and hanging around while I wait for them to dry. And, with hot weather just around the corner, I'm not sure all these layers will be comfortable.

So, I've been wondering: Is there anything more convenient out there? Is there anything that functions better for exercise? I just did some googling and came across this: http://www.skinsusa.com/index.php/en/

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Hey Runner

These look pretty interesting. I do hope someone has some experience they can share.
